Please note that all payments made for scheduling meetings with ChPuppets are non-refundable. If a client fails to attend a scheduled meeting, the payment will be forfeited. This policy is in place to ensure that our time and resources are respected and used efficiently. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. If you need to reschedule a meeting, please contact us at least 12 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your request based on our availability. Please note that once work has begun on a project, refunds cannot be issued. This policy is in place due to the time, effort, and resources that are invested into each project once work commences. We encourage our clients to communicate openly and promptly with us if there are any concerns or issues during the course of the project.
